Our goal is to help you escape into nature, a little bit everyday. Whether it’s long walks in the woods or sitting on your front steps at home. The purpose is to get everyone tuned into the natural environment, no matter where you are.

Nature Based Mindfulness Services
We offer walks are designed for nature-loving and nature-curious people – who may be feeling a bit out of sorts, overwhelmed, over-scheduled, over-reactive – so you can reclaim your best self and bring it forth to this precious life, to your relationships, to your work and, of course, to the Earth.

We offer a sliding-scale payment option, where you pay the amount that works for you. Money is like water, sometimes it flows abundantly, other times it trickles in.
