meet MEGAN

A certified Forest Therapy and Nature Mindfulness Guide with a background in journalism and a Master’s in Environmental Science. After discovering the transformative power of nature in my 20s, I’ve spent over a decade working in the outdoor industry, driven by a passion to connect people with the natural world. Through mindful outdoor experiences, I help others slow down, find purpose, and build a deeper appreciation for the places we play. Whether I’m skiing, biking, or camping with my husband, kids, and dog, my mission is to live a life rooted in presence, adventure, and stewardship.
